Which models power CoFusion

Business profile generation uses Google Gemini. In the AI Laboratory, you can choose between a Gemini model and a Groq-hosted Meta Llama 3.3 model, both are real, live model calls, not simulated responses.

What gets sent to them

When you list a business, the text we extract from the website you submit is sent to Gemini to generate a draft profile. In the AI Laboratory, your message and the recent conversation history are sent to whichever model you've selected.

We don't train our own models, and we don't fine-tune these providers' models on your data. Google and Groq have their own terms and privacy policies governing how they handle content sent through their APIs. We'd encourage you to check those directly if you have specific questions about their handling.

Credits

AI usage is metered in credits, each message in the AI Laboratory costs a flat number of credits from your business's balance. Balances are currently a free grant given when a business is published, not a paid product; there's no real payment flow behind them yet.

Accuracy

AI-generated content can be wrong, outdated, or incomplete, both the business profiles CoFusion generates and the answers you get in the AI Laboratory. Treat them as a starting point, not a final source of truth, and verify anything you plan to rely on.
